Welcome to Pookie Bear. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
You own what you create and share — messages, notes, doodles, photos and answers. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display that content solely to operate the app for you and your partner. Only share content you have the right to share.
Don’t use Pookie Bear to harass, threaten or harm anyone; to share illegal content; to impersonate others; or to attempt to access accounts or systems that aren’t yours, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Pookie Bear is free today. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, we will tell you clearly first, and nothing you already use will be charged without your agreement. Couples who join early (“Founding Couples”) will keep the perks we announce for them.
You can unpair or delete your account at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop offering the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
We work hard to keep Pookie Bear reliable and safe, but it is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that notifications will always arrive on time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Pookie Bear after changes means you accept them.
